1. Customer Cancellations

Cancellation within 1 hour of booking is free of charge. Cancellations after technician dispatch may incur a visit/inspection fee.

2. Company Cancellations

We may cancel bookings due to: Technician unavailability, Emergency or unavoidable circumstances, Incorrect address or unreachable customer, In such cases, customers may request a full refund if payment was made in advance.

3. Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule their appointment once for free, subject to technician availability.
