Refunds are applicable only in the following conditions:
If the technician does not visit or service is not delivered.
If the service delivered is incomplete and cannot be completed due to our internal reasons.
If advance payment was taken for material or labor but the service was cancelled by us.
A refund will not be provided if:
Work has already been initiated or completed.
Customer cancels after material has been purchased.
Issues arise due to pre-existing damage not disclosed earlier.
Refunds (when approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Complies with refund guidelines under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
